February Goals
All we need to do is keep walking forward. One step at a time.
I'm preaching to myself here as much as I'm sharing this encouragement with you.
The second half of January went by in a blur and I didn't make much progress on my goals and struggled to accomplish my daily ones for sure.
Here's hoping February holds more progress and a steady pace.
Here's my 2019 goals, if you want to read my baseline for my goal setting each month.
Here is where I'm placing my focus in February.
Daily Goals
- Get my steps each day | Honestly, this has been a struggle for me ever since I had mono a year ago. I'm better and have been better for a long while, but still struggle to get my daily step goal most days. I keep lowering my expectations but still have a difficult time making progress here.
- No sugar during the week
- Read a book | Like I shared in my January in Review, this is separate time than when I'm reading before bed.
Weekly Goals
- Listen to a podcast | My favorites are The Next Right Thing and The Lazy Genius.
- Go on a walk | I know it's cold, but I really want to be more purposeful to move my body.
- Brainstorm for Mothering with Purpose
- Go to the YMCA
Monthly Goals
- Together in the Trenches prep | Our upcoming retreat is fast approaching and I've got a few tasks that I'm helping with.
- Put together a tax return plan with Michael
Do you have any goals for this month? I'd love to hear them!
