April in Review

Toward the end of each month, I will post a review of my 2019 goals, what I'm currently reading, as well as other tidbits of information. I hope you like these monthly posts. Let me know if you'd like to see other information in this roundup!

April Goals

I'm not going to share an update on my goals for April because I'm reevaluating my goals and I just didn't see the point. You can read more about my heart behind this reevaluation here.

Currently Reading

  • The Read-Aloud Family | Still reading. I'm taking this one slowly. It's so good.
  • Full | Still reading this one too. But I'm getting close to finishing. It's been really encouraging.
  • Free of Me | Just recently started this one. It's promising to be one of my favorite books so far this year.

My Favorite Things

  • Having the windows open. Seriously. One of my favorite things about spring and fall. Love the fresh air.
  • Our homeschool break. It was much, much needed. I tried to go a whole term (9 weeks) without a break. We were struggling y'all. But now I know that we need breaks more frequently. Lesson learned. The hard way. Ha!
  • Finishing our church study on Genesis. From the fall to the spring we studied the whole book of Genesis through Jen Wilkin's Bible Study. It was so good.
