May in Review

Toward the end of each month (or in this case the beginning of the next month. Ha!), I will post a review of my 2019 goals, what I'm currently reading, as well as other tidbits of information. I hope you like these monthly posts. Let me know if you'd like to see other information in this roundup!

May Goals

I currently don't have any goals. I'm planning to do a full re-evaluation of them. I just haven't had the time to sit down and do it yet. You can read more about my heart behind this reevaluation here.

Currently Reading

  • The Read-Aloud Family | Still reading. I'm taking this one slowly. It's so good.
  • Free of Me | Almost done with this one. I've been placing my focus here because it is SO. GOOD.

My Favorite Things

  • Our cul-de-sac. I didn't know I want to live in a cul-de-sac until we have lived in this house. It is such a gift to our outdoor play time.
  • Our library reopened! It's been closed for about 9 months, I believe, for renovations. We were so happy to see if open again! We even went to the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate. We've been very happy for our weekly trips again.

Top Blog Post

  • May was a quiet month around here with a lot of stuff going on at home. I share some of that here: When Your Child Needs More Help Than You Can Give. This blog post has struck a cord with a lot of people. It is already my most popular post I've written here so far. And it's only been published one day.
